Supervisory Management
The aim of the course is to provide training and development opportunities for managers; which involves the management of activities, resources, people and information to meet the Brigade’s missions, visions and values.

Hazmat and Incident Command
The aim of the course is to train officers to operate effectively within the Brigade’s incident command system and to ensure the health and safety of Fire Service personnel whilst undertaking their duties on the incident ground. It also aims to provide students with the skills and knowledge required to supervise safety, in the initial stages of an incident involving hazardous materials, with the potential for causing environmental damage.

Operational Refresher
To ensure that staff not attached to operational watches are kept up to date on operational developments in the brigade.
