BRIEF SUMMARY OF FIREWORK REGULATIONS
It is an offence :-
1. To supply (which includes retail sale), unsafe fireworks.
2. Sell fireworks to persons under the age of 18.
3. Sell fireworks all year round without a licence.
4. Possess a Category 4 firework if other than a fireworks professional.
5. Possess fireworks in public place if under the age of 18.
6. Set fireworks off after 11 o’clock at night.
7. Retailers are prohibited from splitting up contents of retail boxes of fireworks.
