RETAIL SALE OF FIREWORKS
All premises that sell fireworks require a registration from the Local Authority (County of Norfolk – Fire Service) Current fee £36: (Renewal) £72: New (Subject to alteration)
Any premise that sells fireworks outside the period stated in Fire Regulation 2004 requires an additional all year round licence
Current fee £500: annually.
This means any shop selling fireworks all year require a registration, plus an all year round licence.
