Prospects – As a team member in Norfolk you will be helped to rebuild your self esteem, gain nationally recognised qualifications- City and Guilds Profile of Achievement, National literacy and numercy basic skills test, Fire awareness and basic food hygiene. The team member will also spend a week away for home on a team building residential uncover hidden talents improve motivation and self confidence assume some responsibility,develop team working and communication skills and raise their awareness of their local community and how they can contribute to it.
Anniversary – Norfolk Fire and Rescue service has just passed its Fourth anniversary in partnership with the Prince's trust. Four years ago we piloted our first team programme in King's Lynn due to its success we are now on team 10 Eight of these have been in Lynn and two more recently in our new Thetford venue
