Managing for Success > Safety Plan

Our three year Safety Plan (formerly Integrated Risk Management Plan or IRMP) plays a vital role in helping us make Norfolk, already a safe county, even safer. The plan explains clearly “what we are here for” so that everyone is clear about our goals. It sets out our specific aims and objectives, highlights the risks we have identified and details how we will address them. It also outlines for the public the level of service they can expect of their fire and rescue service, replacing old national standards of fire cover. In conclusion, it is the foundation on which our service is built, designed to help every member of Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service with our ultimate aim - Making Norfolk Safer.
