Retail sale of fireworks

All premises that sell fireworks require a registration from the Local Authority (County of Norfolk – Fire Service)

Current fee £51: (Renewal) £103: New (Subject to alteration).

Any premise that sells fireworks outside the period stated in Fire Regulation 2004 requires an additional all year round licence.

Current fee £500: annually.

This means any shop selling fireworks all year require a registration, plus an all year round licence.

The following information only applies to retail sale of fireworks.
