Intelligence and Performance Analyst

Based at Fire Service Headquarters, OCC, Wymondham

Salary Scale J – £30,785 to £32,486 p.a.

Permanent, Full time – 37 hours per week

Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service are looking to appoint an Intelligence and Performance Analyst. For the successful candidate, this post will provide an exciting opportunity to work with colleagues across different agencies and services to use data to join up services and reduce the risk of fire and emergencies for Norfolk residents, visitors and businesses.

You will need to be confident in developing relationships with a range of partners in order to develop data sharing agreements and to promote the importance of fire and community safety through data

You will lead a small team to support and perform the analysis of a wide range of data sets, to support the targeting of resources and evidence based decision making by Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service. Your role will be vital in not only interpreting data and performance information, but also using it to drive a continual improvement in performance within the service.

Please note that you will need to pass Level 3 security clearance which is required for working at the Operations and Communications Centre, Wymondham.
