Temporary Assistant HR Adviser
Maternity cover – maximum of 12 months
Based at Fire Service Headquarters, Wymondham
Salary Scale E – £18,070 to £20,138 p.a.
Full time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated team player, with experience of working in HR to join our busy HR department. You will assist in providing an effective first line HR service for the Fire and Rescue Service.  You must have previous HR experience, excellent administration and spreadsheet skills.  You must be a confident and credible communicator and have experience of providing advice and guidance on HR policies and general Employment Relations issues.  You must also have an excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and HR information systems.  Strong organisational and planning skills are essential in order to prioritise your workload along with a proactive approach to change and improvement of systems.
