Behind the successful team of front-line Firefighters are another team of people who work in various capacities to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of Norfolk Fire Service.

We employ approximately 90 people in Support Staff  roles, including Finance, Administration, Community Fire Safety, Personnel, Information Technology, Catering, Technical Support and Health and Safety.

As Norfolk Fire Service is part of Norfolk County Council, these people are employed under Local Government Conditions of Employment.
