It has Four wholetime watches consisting of one Watch Manager, two Crew Manager and nine firefighters. It also has a retained crew consisting of one Watch Manager, two crew managers and nine firefighters. King’s Lynn also provides a base for district administration and fire safety staff and the service’s youth development run a Prince’s Trust Team programme, ALite and Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme. |

If you need a school visit we target these at Year 2 for Key Stage 1, Year 5 for Key Stage 2 and Year 8 for Key Stage 3. If you have someone who is fire-setting and wish to discuss this with one of our advisors please contact us. We are sometimes also able to attend Community events but this will depend on resources, and we tend to target this to priority areas of our service. •Provide safety information to educate their communities in reducing all emergency calls including domestic dwelling fires, deliberate fires, false alarms and road traffic collisions.
•Work with partner agencies to reduce deliberate fires.
•Provide a professional and proficient response to emergency calls.
•Engage with local young people providing diversionary activities and acting as role models to provide development opportunities.
